Tag office - Entrance design

An inspiring invite into our office

I was tasked by the manager of our company's creative team to design wall art for the entrance of our new Tokyo office. The goal was to create a welcoming piece that would greet both employees and visiting clients.

Welcoming patterns and shapes

Process & Thoughts

Having finalized the key elements for the design, I crafted four distinct styles of wall art. Three of them incorporated the company's visuals, while all four featured a quote from our homepage, presented in a font consistent with our brand guidelines.

Additionally, the intention was to extend the design synergy to the glass door leading into the entrance.

I facilitated an in-office voting process to determine the preferred design, and the one presented below emerged as the most popular choice. Subsequently, we made the decision to proceed with this particular design shown on the next page.

Final Design and Outcome

One wall still standing

Due to budget limitations, we prioritized one wall for the main design, while prints on the short side and the door were deprioritized. Despite overseeing the project from abroad, I navigated the associated difficulties and challenges including communication with the print company.
